For 10 years, Michelle hated her job as a Personal Portfolio Manager. Despite the organization's Exceptional Performance Award, every year since it's inception, the pressure, misalignment, and daily dread slowly chipped away at her well-being. However, it wasn’t until her body and spirit began to break down that she faced the truth: she was not walking in her God-given purpose.

 

However, once she identified her God-given purpose, she went on to create a career she loved, one that didn’t just pay the bills, but lit her soul on fire.  In her purpose led career, she wrote her own purpose-led job descriptions, leading to 3 promotions.  1.) The head of Financial Education, with over 200 published news paper articles, 2.) founder and head of the Exceptional Life Mentorship Programme, for financial advisors, which spanned 3 countries and supporting them in improving production by more than 80%; and 3) the head of Sales Support in one of the Caribbean's largest and most respected financial institutions.
