The work HE gave me, a.k.a. MY PURPOSE IN LIFE, is "To teach, coach and inspire professionals who feel stuck. Anchored by the scriptures, they develop the mindset, skills and strategies needed to THRIVE in their personal, professional, financial, spiritual lives."

Along with her team she helped the mentees to achieve mental and emotional breakthroughs. With their permission she and her team fed them the Word of God and they developed God-confidence too! Look at what God did through a woman who was at the time was new to official leadership and coaching! 1. The Programme boosted the mentees sales performance by over 100%, 2. The Programme now operates in Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago spanning six different companies, within the JMMB Group. 3. Over 44% of the mentees were promoted within 2 years. 4. She even received Special Recognition and Exceptional Performance Awards from JMMB for the impact made on the organization. Your lack of qualifications does not negate God's call on your life!! He's God, He already knows you're not qualified! Maybe He has chosen to use you, while you're unqualified, so HIS strength can be made PERFECT in your weakness. Now isn't that amazing!?
